La Loba, 2020

La Loba - The Wolf Woman, She Who Knows. She is prudent and prudent, often with disheveled hair falling over her face; he usually avoids human companionship. She can croak and cackle and make more animal sounds than human sounds.
La Loba's only business is collecting bones. Its cave is full of bones of all the animals inhabiting the desert: deer, rattlesnakes, ravens, crows. But her specialty is wolves.
When the whole skeleton is assembled, when the last cube is in its place and a beautiful white sculpture of an animal stands in front of it, it sits down by the fire and pride as to chant the song.
When he knows, he stands over his "criatura", raises his arms above it and begins singing. Then the wolf's ribs and bones begin to grow over the body and then the hair.
La loba continues to sing and the wolf begins to breathe.
He sings with all his strength, from the depths of his lungs, until the desert trembles in its foundations, and during the song, the wolf opens his eyes, jumps and starts running through the canyon.
