The painting was painted in acrylic technique on a BOARD, properly primed/smoothed, unframed, sides painted black, signed/described on the back, secured with Winsor-Newton varnish, has a sling. The painting is a fragment of the series "NOT SO DISTANT..". The colors of the painting flow with restless turquoises, emphasizing the blackness of the night and the large and mysterious Moon looking at the viewer sinisterly. Perhaps its secret power is destructive, and the apparent calm in the image is just a ruse to deceive the viewer? In a field of strange vegetation there are old huts. In two of them, you can see lights in the windows. Maybe they are inhabited? Or maybe empty and only with the promise of an apparent shelter they are trying to lure a lost wanderer to perdition? Does icy lightning on the horizon pose a threat? Who knows? Maybe you should see for yourself? ;)
