Flowing Irises, 2023

 
The forms of flowers are for me the calligraphy of nature - the richness of shapes and colors. Flowers in my painting interpretations are shapes inspired by nature, but extracted from the apparent chaos of stains and colorful structures. The presented painting was inspired by the forms and colors of irises. The painting from the Flower Power series is made in the technique of painting on silk. This technique fully reflects the delicacy and fluidity of flowers in nature. This painting is framed in a mirror frame. Framless painting format: 21 x 30
