Genetic conditions and empirical perception of reality, 2018

Painting work was done in oil and acrylic technique. They consist of 3 parts. This is the 3rd part of the triptych. It presents the memory of history, a fragment of life - from Poznań (1), through love (2), the miracle of birth, motherhood (3). These are three compositional shots, which are based on quotes from preserved family photographs. The cycle is a memory of the birth of a new life, and happiness of motherhood. The works are intentionally kept in an economical monochrome color range. Pictures stop the most important frames, human silhouettes, situations related directly to their content. Drawing in places slightly muted, hidden under the genetic code recalled in the background. Form, color are symbolic for me, derived from distant memory, suppressed by time - muted.
