Błażeja Ostoja Lniski and an annex to painting in the studio of prof. Krzysztof Wachowiak. She lives and works in Warsaw.
"In a series of seven paintings "Fragments of nature", from which "Water" comes, he talks about admiration for nature. Elements often taken out of context, put together create a surreal atmosphere. Some objects, such as mountain slopes or a drop of water, are more recognizable, while others are hidden in an unreal space. The accumulation of intense colors reflects the complexity of nature, impossible to completely understand. There are parts appearing in the macrocosm that refer to stones, minerals, fauna and flora, earth and sky. They intertwine and penetrate, change colors, which creates a certain elusiveness".
