Andrzej Różycki
He was born in 1942 in Baranowicze. In the years 1961–1966 he studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of M. Kopernika in Toruń, and in the years 1969–1975 at the State Higher School of Film, Television and Theater in Łódź, obtaining the title of film director. Since 1976, he has been making documentary and educational films devoted to art. Co-organizer and member of the artistic photography group Zero 61. From 1965, a member of the interdisciplinary creative group KARG, and from 1971 a member of the Film Form Workshops at the Polish National Film, Television and Theater School in Łódź. Honorary member of ZPAF since 2002. He practices black and white photography, at the beginning it was symbolic and expressive photography, sometimes called subjective. With time, he abandoned the classic formula of photography of errors and distortions and began searching for positive values ??in the field of conceptual art.
