Dorian Karolak

Born in 1992. A graduate of Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, in Krzysztof Wachowiak workplace`s. The main theme of his painting are people. In 2013 together with friends founded artistic group `Autonomia`. The group organizes exhibitions. `Im a Interested in people, their stories, personalities and thoughts enchanted in simple gestures and glances. This human prosaism carries a huge charge of inspiration. Although it is part of our everyday life, it never ceases to be fascinating. Expression of the hand, eye movement, body dynamics, even the lightest ones - these aspects build a life, without them man becomes soulless. This is life I try to capture in my work. It does not have to be sublime or idealistic, the most important thing is to be sincere, authentic.` - Dorian Karolak
