Roman Choinka
Roman Choinka was born in 1955 in Bielawa. In 1976 he graduated from the High School of Fine Arts in Nałęczów. He obtained his diploma at the State College of Fine Arts (currently the University of Arts) in Poznań and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. He is involved in easel painting and graphic design.
He lived and worked in Turku, at the same time working as an art teacher at High School. He was the initiator of many artistic activities in the local environment.
In 1994, he permanently settled in Zielona Góra, where he was a teacher at V LO, as well as visual advertising, painting and drawing at the Art School Complex and the Youth Center of Culture and Education in Zielona Góra.
Since 2013, he and his family have lived and created in Russocice near Turku.
