Ryszard Gbiorczyk

Ryszard Gbiorczyk was born in 1940 in Dłużyna (Greater Poland). He is a graduate of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. After graduating, he helped his father run a family-owned conservation business. Together they revived churches, made polychrome, restored sculptures.

Ryszard Gbiorczyk presented his first exhibition in 1961. He enjoys painting outdoors: landscapes, architecture of old tenement houses, manor houses, water mills and windmills are among his favorite subjects. His works are in many private collections.
