Samvel Paremuzyan

Born on January 22, 1949 in Gyumri, Armenia. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Yerevan. He worked as a drawing and painting teacher at the Artistic Secondary School, where he later served as the director. He exhibited his works from 1964 in Armenia, India, Canada, France, Georgia, Russia and Poland. In 2008, he settled permanently in Silesia, in Tychy. He was awarded 4 bronze, 2 silver and gold national medals for his work. From 2014, a member of the ZPAP union in Warsaw, and from 2018, in Katowice. This year's participant of the Interregional Artistic Derby Program Silesia and Małopolska. He actively organizes his individual exhibitions and takes part in open-air art exhibitions, post-open-air exhibitions, group exhibitions and artistic competitions. Currently he works as an occupational therapist in Kolbark. He runs his studio in Tychy.
