DISPLAYS: Zbigniew Maleszewski, born in 1924 and passing away in 2007, was an artist who completed his studies at the Faculty of Architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. He worked as an architect and sculptor and is regarded as one of the inspirations behind the establishment of the Polish Sculpture Center in Orońsko. He is the author of, among other works, the monument to General Kazimierz Pułaski in Denver, USA.
Maleszewski was laid to rest at the Powązki Cemetery in Warsaw.
