Iwona Stachura

Iwona Stachura (1968) A graduate of the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Poznan´ – in 1996 she defended her diploma work in painting in the studio of Professor Jerzy Kałucki. Between 2013 and 2016 she did her doctoral studies in the field of fine arts at the Institute of Fine Arts of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Art of the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, in 2018 she was awarded the title of Doctor of Fine Arts. She works with painting, applied textiles, photography. She works as a teacher of drawing and painting at the Jo´zef Szermentowski State Art High School in Kielce. 

She cooperates with Pragaleria in Warsaw. She is a member of ZPAP, Kielce District. She has presented her works at solo exhibitions in Poland and abroad, participated in many group exhibitions and was a curator of several of them.
